The scientific article co-authored by Socies experts Harutyun Vermishyan and Srbuhi Michikyan has been published in the “Bulletin of Yerevan University. Sociology.”
Entitled “The Transformation of Urban Public Space of Post-Soviet Yerevan: The Case of Northern Avenue,” the paper reveals the transformations of urban public space in Yerevan, based on the case of Northern Avenue.
The study showcases the main characteristics of the formation of public space in post-Soviet Yerevan and the ideological transformations of the urban space.
